Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Style Capella. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy.

Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Items

• Used, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse

• Items without original tags or packaging

Exchange Policy

If the size or product is not suitable, you may exchange it for:

• A different size

• A different color

• A different product of equal value

Refund Policy

All products, including sale and discounted items, are eligible for return or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return eligibility conditions.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

For returns due to size, color, or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return courier charges.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
